lightningclan
a strong clan living near the main clans
history
lightningclan has a muddled and confusing history. all anyone really is sure about is that it was formed around the time the main clans were, by a cat named lightning.
founders

location / territory
lightningclan is located nearest rapidclan, though it does not border it. It is in a light forest, so it is shaded but not dark. There are a few small creeks running through it, and in the center is a large clearing, with an average sized tree in the center. There is a large wall of stone surrounding camp, with a large hole, about six feet across, in it, making an entrance.
on the wall opposite the entrance, there is a den of leaves and brambles covering an indent in the stone. inside are nests of moss and leaves, with a few twigs. this is the nursery.
next to it is the apprentice den. the mothers like to be next to 'their little babies' when the get older. so young apprentices share a den like the nursery.
older apprentices get a den next to that, with young warriors next to that.
next to that is the series of healer dens. the first one is more of an outcropping with walls, used to shelve normal herbs. next is the actual rooms. these belong to the healers. a small den off of this is curtained by vines, giving the sick privacy. a stone wall is on the side of this.
the spies share a nice room next to this, which is sometimes empty.
the older and experienced warriors are in a den next to this, sharing with the deputy and senior warriors.
the leader sleeps in the lower section of the tree. the branches are used for announcements.

as you might be able to tell, I want this to be a main clan! so, they honor starclan. they have normal ceremonies and vigils.
